Knowing your business. We have had extensive recent experience of Hospitality and Events but every position is different and we don’t presume we know your business. As such, we take great efforts to understand your needs, unique culture and your current and future objectives.
Excellent Customer Service. Hiring a new employee or moving jobs is important and we will always offer both candidates and clients an excellent and informed level of service. Many of our candidates testify to this and the amount of time and advise we offer them.
Being niche. We don’t want to take on the world and work in areas we are not familiar with. Commercial/sales, events and marketing roles are our expertise!
Thinking creatively. We are not a CV matchmaking service and believe very strongly in hiring for passion and enthusiasm as well as skills and experience. We have often moved people from their current positions into new departments. The result is often a highly motivated professional with a great impact on company and departmental performance.
Headhunting. We have a great network of candidates that we have been working with for many months. However, we always headhunt for each specific position we are working on. This always involves an interview process and establishing their suitability for the role and your company.
Candidate fulfilment. Our aim is not to offer our clients a large quantity of CVs. We do the vetting so you don’t have to. Throughout the interview process with you, we work with both sides to ensure all items are fully understood in order to find a great solution for both parties.
After care. Our work does not finish on placement. We follow up with our candidates and often offer our advice on how to best tackle their roles and market if the need arises.
