For commercial roles, we also use our own rating matrix this allows us to cross reference the candidate’s feedback with the consultant’s assessment during the interview process. This system gives guidance on a candidate’s key skills and whether they are suited to a hunter proactive role or perhaps a gatherer reactive type of role.
